Information Technology strives to schedule IT maintenance activities at times with the lowest impact to the college community. IT schedules all non-emergency IT maintenance activities during the pre-determined times as outlined below. Regular maintenance is important to continue to provide the college community with quality IT services.
A maintenance window may not always have maintenance activities scheduled for the full window time or there may not be maintenance activities scheduled at all; however, if non- emergency maintenance is required, it will occur during the identified window above.
Please note that emergency IT issues may arise that could require maintenance activities to occur outside of these windows. During emergency IT maintenance situations, up-to-date information will be posted on the Tech Support Portal.
